Thank you for shopping with Wowkura Living Plaza. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1. Promotion
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over CAD $100 (before taxes and after discounts), applicable to shipping addresses within Canada only.

2. Free shipping:
- Applies automatically at checkout
- Excludes oversized, heavy, or special-order items (if applicable)
- Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless stated otherwise


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.
International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing an order for international shipping inquiries.


Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (Canada): 10-15 business days
Standard Shipping (Oversea e.g. Hong Kong, US, EU): 15–21 business days 
Free Shipping (Orders over $100) for Local Canada : 10-15 business days
No Free Shipping for Oversea : 15–21 business days 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Only Delivery is available
No Local pickup. We delivery is available within Canada, Hong Kong, US, EU. 
Details and arrangements will be confirmed after checkout or via email.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Wowkura Living Plaza is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can assist you.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
For Canadian orders, applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated at checkout where required.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
